ผู้ให้บริการและการเก็บข้อมูล

Google เป็นผู้ยืนยันตัวตน ข้อมูลแอปเก็บในพื้นที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ส่วนตัว หากเว็บไซต์ใช้ Netlify จะใช้ Netlify Blobs สำหรับข้อมูลนี้ ผู้ให้บริการอาจประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศที่คุณอยู่ ระบบใหม่ไม่ส่งข้อความหรือเอกสารไปให้บริการ AI และยังไม่เปิดรับรายละเอียดบัตรหรือการชำระเงิน

เซสชันสมาชิกมีอายุสูงสุด 8 ชั่วโมง และผู้ดูแล 1 ชั่วโมง ข้อความแชตมีอายุ 90 วัน ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ เอกสาร ประกาศและคำร้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 365 วันนับจากบันทึกหรือปรับปรุงรายการนั้น เมื่อหมดอายุระบบปฏิเสธการอ่านและลบตามรอบเก็บกวาด การสำรองข้อมูลหรือบันทึกโฮสติ้งอาจอยู่ภายใต้ระยะเก็บของผู้ให้บริการ

คำถามถึงผู้ช่วย AI

หากผู้ดูแลเปิดบริการ AI สมาชิกต้องเลือกยินยอมก่อนส่งคำถามไปยัง Google Gemini หากไม่เลือกยินยอม จะใช้ FAQ ที่เตรียมไว้ในเว็บไซต์ กรุณาอย่าใส่รหัสผ่าน เลขเอกสาร หรือข้อมูลส่วนตัว เว็บไซต์ไม่บันทึกเนื้อหาคำถามในฐานข้อมูล แต่เก็บตัวนับป้องกันการใช้งานเกินกำหนดที่ผูกกับบัญชี กำหนดหมดอายุสองวันและลบในรอบทำความสะอาดถัดไป การจัดการข้อมูลของ Google เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการ ผู้ดูแลต้องตรวจการตั้งค่าบัญชีและงบประมาณก่อนเปิดใช้

การควบคุมและคำร้อง

คุณเปลี่ยนความยินยอม ซ่อนหรือลบโปรไฟล์ ลบเอกสาร และถอนประกาศได้จากหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากต้องการแก้ไข ลบ หรือสอบถามข้อมูลอื่น ส่งคำร้องด้านล่าง ผู้ดูแลต้องตรวจและดำเนินการต่อ การได้รับหมายเลขคำร้องหมายถึงรับเรื่องแล้ว ยังไม่ใช่การยืนยันว่าลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดเสร็จ

Privacy and data use

If AI is enabled, members must opt in before a question is sent to Google Gemini. Without opt-in, the site uses prepared FAQs. Do not include passwords, document numbers or personal information. The website does not store question text in its database. An account-linked usage counter expires after two days and is removed on the next cleanup pass. Google handles submitted questions under its provider terms; account settings and budget must be reviewed before activation.

Thai Market Group operates this website. Contact aday@tommytnnt.com.au or use the request form below. Google supplies your verified identity, name and email for sign-in; we do not receive your Google password or access your OpenAI account.

Contact requests are private to administrators. Published profiles are visible to signed-in members. Community posts are public only after consent and review; publishing contact details needs separate consent. Documents require ownership or an active mutual match, mutual sharing consent and a server-verified eligible plan. Paid plans are not active. Chat requires a mutual match.

Application records use private server storage, or Netlify Blobs when hosted on Netlify. Providers may process data internationally. This version does not send messages or documents to AI services and does not collect card details. Member sessions last up to 8 hours, administrator sessions 1 hour. Chat messages expire after 90 days; other application records expire no later than 365 days after creation or update. Expired records cannot be read and are deleted during cleanup. Provider backups and hosting logs may have separate retention periods.

You can hide or delete your profile, delete documents, revoke sharing and withdraw posts. Other correction, access or deletion requests go to administrators. A request receipt confirms receipt, not completion of deletion. Cookies support sessions and request protection; local storage remembers language, never access rights.
